Tuna salad


-2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
-½ white onion, pearl type, chopped
-4 tomatoes, chopped
-2 cans of tuna, preferably in oil
-1 tablespoon dried oregano (or dried basil)
-Salt and pepper to taste
-450 grams of pasta
-Half cup Star Value® Mayonnaise Dressing


Heat the oil in a good size frying pan.
Add chopped onion and tomatoes, cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Add tuna and mix well, cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add dried oregano/basil and salt/pepper to taste.
Mix tuna sauce and mayonnaise with pasta. Serve with fresh basil, Parmesan cheese and olive oil to taste.
