6 chicken pieces
2 medium garlic cloves (smashed)
salt and pepper to taste
45 grams of butter
1/2 lemon juice
4 tablespoons of Mega Suprema ® mustard
500 grams of potatoes
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1. Season your chicken pieces with mashed garlic, salt and pepper.
2. In a pan with a medium temperature, melt the butter and fry the chicken pieces, until they are evenly golden crisp. Add lemon, additional butter and a cup of water. Let the liquid evaporate and close the lid of the pan. Cook in a low temperature until the chicken is fully cooked.
3. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in water until they are soft and tender, remove from water, dry them and cut them in cubes. Cooked them in oil until they are slightly golden crisp.
4. Serve chicken with potatoes and add the juices left from the cooking pan.
