Ceviche tostada


½ kg fish fillet
1 tomato
3 chopped carrots
1 avocado, sliced
10 teaspoons Mega Limón®
1 chopped onion
La Botanera® Classic Sauce


Place the fish fillet in a container and add the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Once “cooked”, remove from the juice and flake. Discard the lime juice. Mix the flaked fish with the tomato, carrots, chiles, onion and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate for a while to incorporate the flavors. Serve on tostadas and add avocado slices. Add La Botanera® Classic Sauce and La Botanera Chilito® to taste.
